The flowers symbolise the sufferers and the changing environment around them represents their emotional and psychological changes. Loneliness, anxiety, and confusion about the unknown. The water tank represents the cage and the red colour represents the invisible physical damage caused to the patient. The blue represents the melancholic atmosphere and mood.
